Shanshera Quinn is best known as a "Empowerment and UpLeveling Expert", akin to a human fire-starter because she ignites people and helps to get them moving again with focus, intensity and consistency. Shanshera helps others see the possibilities beyond their current circumstances and brings to their awareness, their most precious and powerful talents and strengths. She encourages people to think differently and bigger and to take their lives to the next level.
Growing up in what many would consider the "projects or the slum", she knows all too well the devastation of unrealized potential. Having lost members of her childhood community to crime, drugs and disease, seeing lives altered because of unplanned pregnancies and having spent time working in prisons for youth, she began to clearly see her calling. She felt that these travesties could've been avoided if they would have been able to picture the possibility; that with a renewed mindset, the proper knowledge and skills and the right support and accountability system, they would have been able to flourish. So, Shanshera decided to do something about it by impacting one life at a time through counseling, coaching, mentoring and training. As a counselor, supervisor, university instructor and Trailblazer's success coach, she has successfully counseled, trained and coached hundreds of teens, young adults and professionals to accomplish their goals.
Shanshera's mission is to help trail blazing women capitalize on their own personal power to create a rich, rewarding and fulfilling life. She combines her professional training and years of experience with her God given gifts of compassion and exhortation to inspire women to: awaken to their greatness and see the possibilities, to make the decision to change, to master their talents, to present their value to the world for maximum impact and then to deliver powerfully and consistently.
She is driven by a passion and a desire to see trailblazing women become wildly successful by maximizing their potential to UpLevel the course of their family's generational line and to make their mark on their community and on the world. She specializes in helping these trailblazing women develop strategic plans that will Uplevel their lives. Then, she sticks around to help them implement their plan with maximum velocity.
